Tracking proof of payments for vendors.

 Hello I am looking for something to track proof of payments for vendors that I deal wit. Is this some thing that would help me track it?

I would like to have the Purchase order downloaded and when the order is paid by myself, I want them to electronically sign it to show proof of payment

You can enable PDF attachment so form that is submitted will include a PDF attachment to your email.

When signing electronically, you can add signature widgets https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/signature to your form.

You need to build your form with desired form field and then add "Signature widget" in form to allow user to sign electronically.

You can then edit your form's auto-responder email alert and enable "PDF Attachment".

Would just like a basic form that show proof of purchase.
So I would just download the Purchase Order correct and then add a widget for signature correct? Or would it be more like a form that I create explaining what collected through the two parties and have the person collecting the funds sign the widget?

So you will first fill up the form and then other person will sign it? You need to allow other user to be able to edit the submission and then submit the form again. Please explain all steps of your requirement and we will try to help you.
