Downgrade plan and refund the difference from the silver plan

Hi, When I paid today for my subscription I mean to downgrade to Bronze. I paid for the Silver. Can you please refund the difference from the Silver plan?

I see that you've upgraded to the Silver plan and decided to switch to the bronze plan. Please note that when you downgrade, the difference from your silver plan is credited to your account. Meaning, you have $19.92 credits that you can use to pay for billing next month.
