The CC charge was disputed but wasn't supposed to be so can we please reactivate the account.

Hi Madison,
We are unable to activate your account when there is an open dispute. As you know, you have opened a dispute. Unfortunately, the only way to activate your account is by withdrawing or canceling the bank dispute. Otherwise, we will need to wait for the dispute investigation to finish, which could take weeks/months.
You will need to contact the bank to withdraw the dispute. Any proof of communication that clearly states that you're withdrawing the dispute will suffice.
