when a user changes the form, the administrator receives an email confirming the change.

it is possible to change the word "EDIT" with "MODIFIED".

This thread has been sent to our backend now as a feature request. Please note that we cannot give you an estimate as to when this feature will get implemented or if our developers will consider adding such in the future, but as soon as we have an update, we will let you know here.

A workaround here would be to disable Send on Edit in the notification email settings.

Next, create a separate notification email that is sent when the submission is edited. To trigger the edit email, add our Get Form Page URL in the form.

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

Next, configure a condition that if the Get Form Page URL "contains" "edit", send the new email template your preferred recipient.
