Hi there,
I have been testing out jotform recently, using my google credentials as a login. I created a form to collect some employee contact info for a project coming up. It has just come to my attention that the form has disappeared/been disabled and when I go to login with google no forms show up. I have had a number of responses and can't find these either. I was careful to be editing while signed in and not "as a guest". Please help! It has been running smoothly since Sunday, but this has happened out of the blue. Also, it seems I can't log in now - I've tried to reset my password etc and things are quite wonky (new password won't work - says SUSPENDED)
