I am getting this error after step #6: This page does not have permission to install the custom tab.

Please note that Facebook has changed their API which is no longer allowing Pages with fewer than 2k followers to install custom tabs. You may like to take a look at the following guide to confirm the change by Facebook: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages/tabs

This feature is only available if your Facebook page has 2000 or more followers, or pages managed by whitelisted apps.
