Can you send you send us a carts token after Tokenization?

    Hi, We are using jotform for collecting customer's orders and payment details with your Stripe's integration, which works very well on the customer acquisition side

    We are now working on the remaining order flow, which involves charging the customer at the end of the service journey. We have our own API which we'd like to use to charge the credit card that the customer entered via jotform, but we need the card's token for this, which was created when the customer signed up via jotform

    Are you able to send us the token?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm not sure which token are you referring to that you can use to process another payment form the same customer who made a payment through your form with Stripe payment field. But the only information that we collect when a customer processed a payment via Stripe on a form are the ones shown on the form submissions page — How-to-view-Submissions

    I would suggest that you try checking the data collected in your Stripe account. You may also contact Stripe regarding your concern.
