I wanted to upgrade to bronze monthly but was upgraded to yearly plan.

    Dear Support,

    I got a problem when I purchase the package for 1 month (19USD), but the system charged my invoice for 1 year (190USD), may you please help to change my package for 1 month and refund my payment? Thank you very much.

    I have switched your subscription to bronze monthly plan and processed the prorated refund as well. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
