I'm sorry, but GroovytownDrivers is no longer available and is registered with the email address that you used to post this thread. This account is Free with zero forms.
I've found another two accounts;
GroovtownData (data@groovytown.ca) - no forms.
kkadis (kadis@groovytown.ca) - subscribed to our Bronze plan with 5 forms. I think this is the account that you are trying to change its username. You will have to log in to the account and create a new request for verification purposes. We can change its username to Groovytown_Drivers (with underscore).
