I'd like Submissions to Incude 12 Photos

My Garden Tour Descriptions Form includes a Scavenger Hunt. The participants have to submit 12 photos, one from item they found in each Garden they toured.

Is there a way to upload their photos they took at the bottom of my Jot Form? Which add-on would I use to collect their uploads?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure that I understood your question correctly, you want to allow participants to upload 12 photos to your form, right? If so, you can use the File Upload field to collect their uploads. File Upload accepts multiple file uploads by default, but you can set the maximum number of files to 12 if you want to limit the number of uploads. Let me show you how to do it: 

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, select the File Upload element. 
3. Click on the Gear icon next to the field. 
4. In File Upload Properties, go to the Multiple tab.
5. Enable the Limit Number of Files option. 
6. Set the Maximum number of files to 12.
