Why was someone able to bypass the "required" questions?

We have had many people fill out a specific jot form that has 5 required questions... So far a hundred or so have come through just fine, but now we have gotten a submission from someone and they only had 3 answers... When there should have been 5. Thoughts??

The only reason that I could think of in this scenario is that the one who filled up the form who had only 3 answers had his javascript on his browser disabled.

The required fields validation are being processed by javascript.  So once the browser's javascript functionality is disabled, it by-passes all javascript filtering actions.

    Hope this helps.
