Not receiving form submissions

    Hi there, I emailed yesterday that I was not receiving all form submissions. As I keep and print all form submissions, I double checked my records, inbox and spam folder. I have only received 4 out of the almost 10 orders. Please help. Thank you, Melissa

    Please kindly avoid opening multiple threads to just post follow up replies, instead you may simply open the original thread and post your reply there, this helps us to assist you better as we can see what we suggested and properly track the tests. 

    I can see my colleague suggested to whitelist our IP addresses, have you already done that? 

    If not, I would recommend you to ask your email provider to whitelist our IP info, here is the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains 

    You may also switch the sender email from noreply@jotform.com to noreply@formresponse.com and see if that helps.
