Hi Yuval,
We have Notification Email where you can receive an email with the submission data once the form filler submitted the form. This way, you don't have to check your Jotform Tables every time a form is submitted. Check out my screenshot below:
Once you created a form, a notification email is automatically created. Let me show you where to find this:
- In the Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Emails from the left side window. From there, you'll be able to see the Notification Email.

However, to check all the submissions, you can go to the Jotform Tables. From there you'll have the option to download submissions as Excel, CSV and PDF. Let me show you how to view this:
- In the Form Builder, click on the app menu tab on the upper left side of the page and select Jotform Tables.
