Fillable PDF: Is it possible to remove or customize the warning 'In order to submit this form, you should open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader'?

    Hope you're well. Two questions:

When downloading a PDF copy of my form, how do I remove the "In order to submit form..." yellow banner from the top of the PDF - or is this outside of JotForm control? If so, can you explain why it shows to see if I can find a workaround?

When downloading a PDF copy of my form, how do I change the colour of the field backgrounds?

Hi Connor, I think I would need to escalate your queries as feature requests to our developers. We do not currently have any option to adjust those parts of PDF forms.

Yellow banner is shown to notify users that fillable PDF forms can not be submitted if loaded with the browser or unsupported PDF reader. In order to submit a fillable PDF form, PDF reader should support submit functionality, we recommend using Adobe or Foxit reader.

I am submitting a ticket for an option to remove the banner as you requested. If this gets implemented, we will let you know here.

Your second question will be addressed via this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1776587
