I am having problems again with not receiving email notifications

    I am having problems again with not receiving email notifications.  I submitted an order on the 2019 Clam Chowder Order form and did a payment through the Paypal wizard.  I received my Paypal notice but did not get the jotform confirmation (second one in attachment).  Plus I see a submission without a buyer details which are required fields (first one in attachment). I have attached the report from the submission screen.

    You have 6 submissions in the form and based on our email log, these submissions are sent to your email address in the form. Please check your junk/spam folder to see if the missing emails are there. You should always whitelist Jotform by marking emails caught as spam as not spam and by adding noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender list settings.

    As for the missing buyer details, we would need to investigate this further. You have one in the form - the last submission. There is no name and email from the regular fields so it is hard to confirm this from the submitter. But did you receive a payment of this particular submission? Or did you just move this from your incomplete payment section? Please note that marking incomplete as completed will not process any payment. Please confirm.
