i am a user a long time now, and i am pretty happy about this service.
Though i willing to pay for it, but i gotta say that 10 dollars a month is bit pricy for a normal user.
I suggestion for you, why dont you make a 1 dollar plan? people are willing to pay a dollar a month.
1gb for 1 dollar sounds nice and fair to me.
its just an suggestion.
i like to know what you think about this idea.

Hi, that's a good thought but judging from the current pricing and submission volumes, if Jotform offers $1 plan with 1GB they will surely offer 100/month submissions for a $1 plan which will conflict to the free user account. The free user account would need to be dropped to 10 unsecured submissions and 1 secured submission to compensate the new price plan which would discourage a lot of free users and potential users.
Jotform has recently switched to Amazon S3 servers. If you notice that the pricing is pretty close to Cloud storage services such as Dropbox and other file hosting services which in turn also use Amazon S3 servers. From my point of view, if Amazon S3 servers drop their prices for companies like Jotform, then we could expect new set of price subscriptions.

As mentioned by @ardy0689 we strive to provide a powerfull tool with minimal costs for our users.
We are glad to hear long time users are happy with the free services that we proovide, and I am sure that you will find our prices to be very reasonable if you take in consideration both, the costs that we have to undertake and the competition out there.
With that said, we do appreciate your suggestions!
