Why is the dates of service not included in the invoice?

invoice only reflects date of payment, not dates of service that were included in that payment.

Yes, it only reflects the purchase date not the coverage of the subscription. If you are looking for the date coverage of the plan, it should be in the billing page under "Next billing date".
