What happens to my form prior to my HIPAA upgrade?

    Hello JotForm,

    We will be upgrading our account to silver or gold soon because we need a HIPAA compliant form. Am I able to create a form now and then convert or clone it to a HIPAA form later on? Or can I not create a HIPAA form until I actually have a silver or gold account? I'd like to get started on the work now.

    Yes, you can create your form now. Once you upgrade to HIPAA, your existing data will be automatically migrated to dedicated HIPAA-compliant servers. Your data will be securely stored in our isolated HIPAA compliant system.
