Even though my timezone is set at EST, it is recording 1 hour off. Will this change on the old date that Daylight Savings Time ended?

The time stamp for submissions is based on your account local time. If it is off by an hour, adjust your timezone accordingly in your account settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Submissions should come through immediately. Emails should be triggered very shortly after the submission is received. If you are still seeing any sort of delay, please let us know which form specifically and we will be happy to have a look.

Emails are coming thru immediately. The problem is that we changed to Daylight Savings Time on March 11 and my timestamp is still on Eastern Standard time. I do not see an option for DST (?). For example, I had an email come thru at 5:44 PM on 3/29 yet my report shows 4:44 (16:43:48). I checked my other entries and they are all that way . Submission time and time on report are off by 1 hour.

Please go through the Time Zones under America timezones. The DST timezone is usually (UTC/GMT-4) so under America, you would be able to select the state of your choice which has GMT-4 timezone.

OK. This was difficult to find. However, New York (where I am) is listed as GMT-5. My default is EST (I am assuming Eastern Standard) which I don't see listed. Is there an option for EDT (Eastern Daylight)?

I do not see an option named exactly as EDT, but it should be GMT-4, right? I can suggest to pick any option with GMT-4 value.

That would be fine until we change the clocks again. It would then be off by 1 hour again. Does the system not account for Daylight Savings Time changes automatically?

Generally, our servers should recognize seasonal time change. I am sorry, but I am not sure when exactly servers are switched 1 hour forward, but I think this can happen after Europe is also switched. I would suggest to keep your current real timezone till Monday to check. If time zone will not be adjusted automatically on Monday, please let us know and we will keep checking.

It looks like the time zone now works correctly. I have changed time zone for your account to New York and submission test shows time correctly. Please check if everything is ok now:
