I want to create a special form. Can you let me know if it can be done?

I want to create a Question with drop down list in the last, in which the drop down options come from the check box answers I selected in the prior questions.

Example. I selected 5 players of foot ball in the earlier question out of 20, now in the last question I want these 5 player to automatically come in the drop down list in the last Question.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass the value from checkbox to dropdown. I made tests on my end and it's not possible. We can only pass the value from checkbox to form calculation widget or text entry field.
