In order to receive email notifications, you need to create a Notification email template for the form. Here is how: Setting-up-Email-Notifications

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check our email logs and found that the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the email logs below:

I would suggest you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails ended up there. Since you are using custom sender email to send submission emails, I am not sure what is causing this issue. I would also suggest you to please change sender email of your email alert to noreply@jotform.com and see if that solves your problem.

As suggested by my colleague, have you checked the SPAM folder? Are there any email notifications landed there? I have checked the email logs and I can see that the notifications are sent successfully to your email address.
