Support in creating a personalized form + how to receive/store the files

Hi,

I am exploring for a client ways to do automatic registration for trips abroad. I would like to find out if, in addition to the proposed templates, your system would allow to add fields specific to my client, personalize the form with a logo and request sensitive info such as credit card info. Also, once the forms are filled and sent, how would we receive the information (e.g.: excel file?) and where it would be stored?

You can create custom fields with basic fields that you can find in fields panel on the left in form builder:

You can collect information from your users by using any of the fields, to add the logo, you have an option at the top of the form:
