Is there a way to get to the form without a link?

Hi,

I'm sending out physical postcards for an event as well as online postcards. For those online, it's easy to include a link to the Jotform for an RSVP. My question is, what can I have printed  on the postcard to direct people to my Jotform that isn't a very complicated link? Is there any other way you can suggest they get to the form? Currently I am printing a slightly easier-to-type-in website name that has a generic form to fill out, but I'd prefer to be able to direct them to a Jot Form so I can track all of the reservations in the same place.

You can download your form's "QR CODE" of your form which you can print it in your postcard. Your users can scan the QR Code and access form. Please check the screenshot below on how to download QR code of form:
