Can I use "Stripe" payment integration and "Terms of Condition" widget for collecting credit card info and driver's license number?

Can you please review this form? I have included a widget for Stripe so that I can collect credit card information. I have also included a signature and terms and conditions widget so that I can collect their ID information as well. I would like to know if I am able to use this form with my clients. You can use this form with your clients if you keep using these widgets and "Signature" field in your form. Please do not remove these widgets and field in your form if you want to continue collecting these sensitive data
