Please check the following link for further information: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
Please click on the "Publish" tab on the form builder page then click on "Platforms" section.
1) You can find platforms in this section such as "iWeb, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, Facebook, FrontPage, Blogger, Tumblr, TypePad, LiveJournal, Expression Web Page, Google Sites, Xara, Yola, Webs.com, Memberkit, Drupal or Joomla".
Please click on the "Publish" tab on the form builder page then click on "Embed" section. On the "Embed" section, you can see the available embed codes that you can use.
2) The default embed option is a simple one-line JavaScript code. It is designed to work on any web page.
3) Source Code: If you need to edit the form code to fit specific requirements, then you should use the full source code.

4) IFrame: iFrames are commonly used on embedding 3rd party services to your web page. Social sharing buttons, various widgets, and most of the stuff out there are added with an iFrame code.
