I'm trying to change the email address in the email alerts setting, but it doens't work. I edit the form, I go to the email alerts menu, then to the notification menu and I change the email address, then I save the change. But when I test the new email address, I still receive the notification to the former one. My new address is not taken into account.

I keep on having the same problem. Even though my new email address (marc@chasseur-immo-floride.com) is shown when I edit the email alerts settings, I’m still receiving the test email in my former mail box (marc@onemillionrealty.com).
The form is the “reserve your land” one.

I still have the same problem. When I change the email address in the notification email field or even when I create a second notification email address, the test message is sent to the former email address previously entered at the time I created the form (see screenshots attached).

We apologize for this, Marconemillion.  This issue may be due to the delayed update on the replication servers which is why the content or the functionality of your form isn't updating when you were testing it.

To fix this, you can change the source link of your script from:

    http://form.jotform.us/jsform/23025331010128

    To:

    http://www.jotform.us/jsform/23025331010128

Please take note of the changing from form.jotform.us to www.jotform.us.

Or you can try making a submission on your form using the link: http://www.jotform.us/form/23025331010128.

If doing this does not reflect the update on your form, please let us know.

    Thanks.

I tried your solution but when I change the link, the form doesn’t show at all in my webpage.

So I created a new form named “Try” but I still have the same problem : the address mail that receives the notifications is the one that I used to create my first form on your website. The two new email addresses that I set up in notification 1 and notification 2 for that new form aren’t taken into account.

    Hi Marc,

Did you make an actual submissions with your form? Note that clicking the "Test Email" button on the notification wizard will only send a test submission to the email address associated with your account. We have to do this to stop users abusing the said feature.

Please submit an actual submissions with your form, that should send notifications to the email addresses entered on the notification recipient settings.

    Thanks!
