    Hi,

How do we achieve the need of encrypt and store the personal data that entered by the users in our website forms? Please let us know the feasibility.

    Thank you,

You may enable the Form Encryption. However, all the previous submissions would not be encrypted if you enable it now.

    Refer to this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

Take note of the private key or save it in a folder where you remember it. Please note that if the key once lost we would not be able to decrypt the submissions as we do not store the copy of your private key.

Let us know if you have further questions. We would gladly assist

    Thanks.
