Unsecured credit card information

    A customer went to fill out the order form and the previous customer’s information was in the form, including their credit card information. This is so unsafe. How can this even happen, and how can we prevent that from happening again???

    To clarify, the credit card information of the previous form user was saved in the fields and was not removed after the form was submitted?

    I have checked your Card Form and it seems that you're not using the Payment Integration to get the Credit Card Information instead, you're using the Multi-line Question.

    We don't allow getting the Credit Card Information unless you use the Payment Integration. Using normal form fields to get the Credit Card Information would violate our terms of use and you're account might be suspended unless the fields are removed.

    Kindly remove the field and use one of our available Payment Integration in your form.
