Hi Jotform
I am with University of Ghana and our jotform account is waccbip. I have recently purchased an upgrade for this account and my card has been debited but the account upgrade has not been effected. Whats happening here? Please treat this as urgent because I have already set up a registration form . Thanks

You can check your invoices under Profile Settings >> Billing >> Scroll down and go to Invoices >> click on view.
