I am once again asking to make a formal complaint

    I wrote earlier today to ask for a contact point to make a complaint.  I have had a response acknowledging the frustration I must be having but still not offering any means of escalating the issue.  I accept that you may be unable to resolve the issue, but that is precisely why I wish to ask for some kind of refund on a service that you are unable to provide.

    You say that the support manager will provide an update when available.

    I wish to speak to the support manager directly as soon as possible.

    I see that the issue has already been elevated to our manager by our colleague on your previous thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1777746. We request you to wait for a response on the other thread.
