unable to log into my account

    Last week I attempted changed my username to trioshealth and now I'm unable to log into my account.  I've reset my password with little results.  Is my account frozen?

    I have checked your account and you're in good status.

    Checked your mail logs and we have sent the password reset link to your email address, kindly check it out.

    Your new username should be triosheatlh, you may also use your email address to login to your account.

    Let us know if the issue still remains.

    Can you please try logging in using your email address jo**av@gmail.com.?
