Form Translation: the option to select the language of the form is not shown in the Card Form.

    Hello,

    I am experiencing issues in one of my forms : https://eu.jotform.com/build/90784713029360

    All the form is supposed to be translated and I would like my customers to pick a language at the beginning of the form (English vs French) but for now they can't and I really don't understand why.

    Could you help me through this?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. The translation feature appears not to be working in card forms since the option to select the language is not shown. I will forward this issue to our back-end team, you will be notified via this thread when the issue gets fixed.

    Unfortunately, we didn't get any update yet. Your issue has been assigned to our backend team and has a high priority. Hopefully, we will get an update soon.

    But, when I was testing your form I can see the language translator option. I am also able to select the languages. Have you resolved the issue?
