Questions Missing From Emailed Submission Forms

    Good morning,

Whenever someone completes any of the forms that we use & we receive the emailed submission there are certain questions that come across as "Type as question" on the emailed submission that we receive as opposed to the actual question that was on the form; however, if we go to the Jotform website & download a .pdf file of the submission it'll display the actual question that was asked. Is there a setting that we need to update on our end to correct this because it happens on all the Jotforms that we use but we noticed it only happened after the update was made to how the forms are viewed?

    Thank you.

Creating a new notification email should create an email with all current form field labels:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

After creating the new one, delete the old one to prevent duplicates from being sent.

Alternately, you could manually add the field labels:

But it tends to be easier to simply create a new notification.
