How to delete old submissions?

I just renewed my subscriptions and happy to see my forms are still available.  I do need to delete all old submissions on my available forms but can't figure out how to do it.  It also keeps saying I'm on the bounce list and I changed it but it still appears.  It also is saying I'm almost out of space but that is maybe because there are lots of old submissions sitting out there.

I have checked your account subscription and you're subscribed to the Storage plan.

Do note that the storage plan only affects the Total storage and it seems you're near your limits for your upload space of 100MB.

Kindly delete some of your submissions with uploaded files to free up some space. You may also upgrade to a higher plan to increase your upload limits.

We do recommend downloading your submissions first if you will delete your submissions as we cannot recover deleted submissions at our end.

I have also removed your email address from the bounce list.

You may check your trash/Archive folders for forms that has submission data.
