Build in redundancy login and server time

Hello, I have two questions.

1. We have a syndication with Google Sheets and it is one hour behind. I noted that the form itself has the correct time, however, when I go to "view form submissions", the time is off by one hour.

2. The form is for agents to claim listings on our website. Is there any way to build login that looks for past submissions that contain the same address and include this information in the email that gets forwarded?

ie - 1st submission would be: 5 East 14th 

      2nd submission would be: 5 E 14th Street   

      The logic could be does past submissions[address] contain this.forms['address']. I don't want it to look for an exact match because the address could be written different. If is does find a match, the email would reflect a possible duplicate submission and alert a manager to check the spreadsheet.

1) I wasn't able to replicate this, the time is correct:

Please try going to Spreadsheet settings:

And check if time zone matches.

2) I'm afraid this is not possible with our form builder. You would have to create some logic that would check the database and do corresponding actions based on value.

And it is out of the scope of our form builder.
