Hi, I believe Jotform does not directly communicate to the database of a website because it does not have any permission to directly connect with it.

In order to this, it should be done outside of Jotform code using a server scripting language such as PHP and ASP.NET. Jotform only provides form as a presentation even though it provides a password box, it is still just a presentation for users to see. It does not however provide processing to the server of your website including user authentication as it can be a security breach if Jotform has this kind of function.

You could try to authenticate your users from your server and pass the results to Javascript using AJAX. Depending on the result, the Javascript will enable or disable the Jotform via the ID. This is what most users do with user authenticated forms. This is more on programming than an easy to do fix but I hope it helped you.
