Problem adding a credit card payment method

Hi JotForm Support!

I currently created a registration form that I'm using to give people to sign up for a trial program of karate classes. I'd like to be able to provide people with the link and have them pay via credit card that they enter into the form. They may not have PayPal or other forms for paying. 

I currently use PaySimple for payments so I'm not sure how to get it to accept credit card payments into the form.

Any help is appreciated!

Unfortunately, JotForm has not integration with PaySimple.
Please note that you can't collect and use CC info without using payment gateways(PayPal, Stripe, etc). Instead, you can add your payment link to the form. You are able to redirect users to your own payment URL.
Please look at these steps.
1. Add text field into form. 2. Edit.3. Select text and insert the link.4. This is how it looks.
