Conditional Logic

Can you tell us how to set two paths for conditional logic? We can only do one. For example, the question is:

Do you serve on a board? If the respondent says yes, we want to ask them what boards they serve on. If the respondent says no, we want to ask them why they are not serving. We are currently able to only set up the conditional logic for the yes response but cannot figure out how to add the conditional logic for the no response.

    Thank you!

You need to add a new condition for the second case, basically, you cannot handle both actions with the same condition.

Do the same you have already done for the "Yes" selection, if the user selects "No" then show the fields.

This guide will also provide you more details about the show/hide conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
