Forms missing

    I have lost quite a few of my forms for some reason. I get an error message on the websites. ../../js/builder/question_definitions.js:281: TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined prop.readonly.value = prop.readonly.value ? prop.readonly.value : 'No';

     

    When I come to edit the forms here they are gone. they have been working ok up to today.

     

    Let me know please. These are important client forms

    all my forms on all my sites have dissapered as well.

    Just one of my forms has disappeared today. Afraid to open any of the other ones. Have also noticed that all of the submissions for that form have disappeared as well. Not good!

    I have just gone back to my forms and some have returned but I had to refresh the screen to then go to 'edit' and them get the embeded code again and put it on the site. I tested the forms and they work.....so far !!!

    Have a look at my reinstated form........after refresh...edit......embeded code.....put on site again.

    This was a temporary glitch due to improvements to our platform. But the issue should be fixed now.

    I have all of my forms back but one. I have cleared cache, logged out, restarted, etc. and the form is still not there. Any suggestions jeanettebmz?

    I've done everything requested as well and my form is still not available.

    We have already forwarded this issue to our developers who are very aware of the problem and should be fixed anytime soon .
