Why isn't my embedded form submitting?

    1) we should only have 1 form, our account says we have 4?

    2) form submissions are just scrolling at please wait

    I have just checked your account and it shows only 1 form used:

    Also, regarding your form getting stuck, please try embedding it with the iFrame method, this guide will help you getting it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
