Account suspended

Hi, I have had my account suspended due to suspected phishing (which I certainly wasn't doing if someone would take two second to look at the form) and have twice filled in the form that appears on the page when I try to log on but no one has bothered to look at my case or get in contact.

You think I phishing because I use the word 'password' - it is simply a child safeguarding question asking parents to give a password/safe word that they will pass onto a friend or family member of someone else is picking up the child from my sessions. I can get rid of that question or reword it but obviously not when I'm locked out and being ignored by what you laughingly call 'customer support'.

Please get back in contact asap.

Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "Password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector.
