Adding terms and e-signature to form

Hey there - I need to add an electronic legally binding signature to my form - curious how it works. Also, I would like to add a check box that would essentially say that the signer is agreeing to my "terms and conditions" which, ideally would be linked and hosted elsewhere. Do you have a solution for that?
