Issues saving forms as templates // templates that have been saved disappear

I have created two application forms which I want to be able to share with other members of my company so that they can use them as a template to version and create their own application.

I have used the "share form as template" feature for these forms and provided direction to other employees as to how to access these templates on JotForm. Please let me know if there is a better way to share forms with my colleagues.

Unfortunately, after I "share the form as a template", it stays up and is accessible for a few days, and then completely disappears from the "templates" section and is not searchable for other users. I kept going in and doing "share form as template" each week to make sure it is accessible to the people who need it. Each time, they disappear from the template section in a few days. Today, I tried to do this again, because the templates are no longer there, but it won't even let me do it anymore. Can you please assist?

It is possible that the templates keep being removed from the template gallery because they are duplicates. The best way to share a form with your employees is to provide them with the form URL and have them clone it. Here is a quick guide on how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. They will have an exact, fully editable copy of the form!
