Character Limits in Text Entry Option

Hi there,

I'm trying to add a character limit to 2 of my questions in my form and it won't work for some reason. Are you able to assist?

Characters limit is not possible for the fields showing up on your screenshot, it's only possible to set on short and long text entries. 

This is how it works: 

- If the limit is 20 then the user will not be able to enter mote than 20 characters, but they will not receive an error if the number is less.
