    Hi,

JotForm is not allowing payment to go through via PayPal. I already spoke with Paypal and they say the issue is not on their end. Can you look into this asap? This is in regards to 6th Annual ColorComm Circle Awards form.

I've had complaints from clients that their payment is not going through.

    Best,

    Gigi

The payment field for that form is hidden that is why you are not getting payments from your users.

Please click on that Payment field and click the yellow message to display it.

Also, your PayPal is set to authorization only. Is this intended? If not, please disable it so you will receive the payments in your PayPal account immediately after the transaction.

Thank you. Can you tell if past submissions for this specific form actually entered payment? If not, do I need to reach back out to them or do you send an email? Also, there is one payment (submission) I did behalf of a client Rose Kirk and when I check on Paypal it saysAuthorization from Rose Kirk Pending. Do I need to void this via Paypal and resubmit it through JotForm?

For past submissions, I'm afraid your users will have to submit the form again.

Since the field was hidden, it was like you didn't have it at all.

Regarding authorization, as my colleague said:

"Your PayPal is set to authorization only. Is this intended? If not, please disable it so you will receive the payments in your PayPal account immediately after the transaction."

With the existing one, you can do two things:

    Capture - take the money,

    Void - release the money.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
