How can I split a form into two forms?

Hello,

I'm looking to turn one form into two forms.

I was hoping there was a way to do this without having to completely recreate the second half.

Is there a way I can split an existing form into 2?

If you want to move the other half into a separate form URL, you can use Field Manager to clone the fields into another form https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager.

That would be the easiest way instead of creating the fields from scratch. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

I have completed these steps and when I open the Field Managers all the
changes have been made.
As soon as I go to view the form, the changes have not been saved.

I have been testing the app with cloned forms of yours and it seems to be working, example:
