Align the "multiple selection" option

    In the "multiple selection" option, some slightly long wording falls down under to the second roll, which make the wording unaligned. It doesn't seem too pleasant.

    It only happen when I open the form through link. 

    When I editing it through jotform, the "preview version" wasn't showing like this.

    Please help to fix this! Thanks

    On checking the Form in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, I was not able to replicate it. The fields are correctly aligned. Have you solved it already?

    My account in jotforn has been suspended and my IP is blocked, claiming there might be a phishing attempt.
    I created a business form on your website, and blocking it is seriously affecting my business.
    And it’s the 3rd time.
    Please help me regain my access.

    This form was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting user credentials, sensitive banking information and passport numbers.




    Gathering these types of data violates our Terms of Use.

    Online Form Builders, including JotForm, are sometimes being used for identity theft and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That is why collecting sensitive banking information and passport numbers is considered as phishing activity, as stated in our Terms of Use.

    If your purpose is not to collect sensitive banking information and passport numbers from the general public, but from your own customers, then you need to comply with two things:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    However, we do not allow uploads of any sensitive personal information like passports, social security cards, driver's licenses, credit/debit cards and statements, bank statements, voided cheques, birth/marriage certificates, visas and photo IDs.

    Also, collection of any kinds of user credentials is strictly not allowed here at JotForm.

    We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending fields mentioned above.
