I love JotForm! My question is that we have more than one member from the same family who register for our programs but they can only fill out once, is there a way for families to fill out more than one form?
Also I received a registration form and deleted it from the list by mistake but now I can't fill out the form again. It says Sorry only one entry per form.

You'll have to set the "Unique Submission" to "No Check" in this case. Our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form should help change the unique submission option.
