Hello,
I have a particular form that never emailed. None of the email addresses on the form received the email. It seems to be an isolated incident. We've just done a test and the form is working fine.
Here's what I can find in the logs (attached image screenshot).
Is there any other way I can diagnose what happened?

To clarify, which one do you not receive the email from? the autoresponder or notification?
I checked the form you mentioned: https://www.jotform.com/82476930820864 and you don't have a notification. Can you please provide more details of the problem so we can further look on this issue?

We didn't receive a report that notification or autoresponder is not sending on Thursday. By the way, I checked our mail logs and all emails were successfully sent to the email you gave me. Emails are also not in our bounce list so you should be not having problems receiving an email from jotform.
Have you tried contacting your email provider or Trello about this? Your autoresponder is configured correctly so I'm sure email will be sent after submission.

and 5au.com.au all at the same time.
And yet it worked before and afterwards.

I checked some of the last emails in your logs, and emails are marked as sent:

It just seems to be an isolated incident where the emails were not
delivered from this one form to multiple email domains.
I'll keep an eye on it.
