How to list rooms and remove it when user book the room?

I want to construct a booking form that contains a list of rooms and resources. As users book the rooms and resources, I want the form to reflect that accordingly. Either with the rooms/resources greyed out or removed completely.

Is that possible to do?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Gift Registry" widget. You can use this widget to list your rooms and set the available quantity. When user selects an option and submit form, the available quantity will be reduced automatically or become unavailable for users to select.
